Safety & Standards

Safety at the academy is a system, not a slogan.

Every flight is dispatched against written weather and risk minimums. Every aircraft flies on a documented inspection program maintained to Part 91/141 standards, with squawks grounded until cleared by maintenance.

Instructors are standardized: initial and recurrent standardization rides, a common syllabus, and completion standards taken from the FAA Airman Certification Standards — not from habit.

Students are part of the system from day one. You will learn personal minimums, structured risk management, and a no-fault go-around and cancellation culture. The academy has one rule above all others: any pilot — student or instructor — can cancel any flight for safety, at any time, without pressure.

The result is a training environment where discipline is normal, and where the habits airlines screen for are built from the first lesson.
