Rates & Exhibits

OCFC publishes its rates as exhibits to the enrollment agreement. The figures below are summarized from the current Rate Sheets; the Program Pricing page lists package prices by program and the Fleet page lists hourly rental rates by aircraft.

RATE SHEET A — PAY AS YOU GO. Aircraft rental by the hour, wet: Cessna 172N/M $180–$195; Cessna 172SP $210–$225; Cessna 172S G1000 $235–$265; Cessna 310P twin $385–$400; Redbird MCX simulator $115. Flight and ground instruction $85–$125 per hour depending on instructor and program. Keep a minimum of $500 in your account to stay active.

RATE SHEET F — FULL-TIME PART 141 AIRLINE PILOT PROGRAM. Private Pilot $21,300 · Instrument Rating $11,670 · Commercial Pilot $33,340 · CFI $13,650 · CFII $6,040 — total tuition $86,000 including 20 hours of simulator time. Optional Multi-Engine Commercial $14,335.

DEBT-BUSTER E-PROGRAMS (lump sum, self-funded). E1 Private $17,000 · E2 Instrument $10,800 · E3 Commercial $17,000 · E4 CFI $11,500 · E5 CFII $3,500 · E6 Airline Pilot $55,000 · E7 Multi-Engine $12,000 · E8 All-inclusive $65,000.

MULTI-ENGINE. M1 Part 61 add-on $8,930 (18 hrs flight, 8 hrs ground, 8 hrs briefings) · M2 Part 141 Private add-on $11,100 · M3 Part 141 Commercial add-on $11,875 · M4 Part 141 Multi-Engine Commercial $53,075. Redbird time free.

NON-TUITION EXPENSES (approximate). TSA registration $130 · fingerprinting $100 · FAA medical exam $150–$200 · FAA records and scheduling $320 · course materials and books $1,200 · King online access included · FAA written exam $165–$175 each · FAA checkride $800–$1,300 each · total about $2,865–$3,000. Housing and transport $750–$1,500 per month.

FEES. Application and processing $250 ($550 international). Card transactions incur a convenience fee at cost. All rates are subject to change; the rate sheet attached to your enrollment agreement governs.
